We use tailor made training courses plus on the job projects to help people work more effectively and organisations to become more profitable. We use a four step methodology for designing training interventions:-

  1. Start with outcomes - clarify the nature of the problem, agree what part training can play in improving matters and specify how we will know when we have been successful.
  2. Tailor the design of our courses to meet the clients needs using an 'output' based approach focusing on the results expected.
  3. Link the training back into the work place by using Action Learning based projects.
  4. Measure the results achieved
